ProfitCheckr (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit profitcheckr.com. By using our site, you agree to this policy.
1. What We Collect
- We do not collect personal information directly. No accounts, no signups.
- All calculator inputs are processed in your browser and never sent to our servers.
- We automatically receive standard web data via analytics (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, referrer, country) — anonymous and aggregated.
2. Cookies and Tracking
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, and device type. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google AdSense (planned): In the future, we plan to use Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks to display ads. When this happens:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, will use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare for hosting and DNS. Cloudflare may set cookies for security purposes (e.g., bot detection).
3. How We Use Information
- To operate and improve the calculator
- To understand which platforms and features are most useful
- To serve relevant content
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
4. Data Retention
- We do not retain calculation data. Everything stays in your browser.
- Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (up to 14 months).
- Email correspondence to [email protected] is kept only as long as needed to respond.

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA), or other regulated regions, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion
- Opt out of cookies (see Section 2)
- Opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 2)
